2002 - 2018
The Foundation
Started as sales rep at DCS Plus (2002). Climbed to Director of Mid Back Office Solutions (2005-2015), then Director of Alliances & Partnerships (2015-2018). 16 years learning how businesses work—from cold calls to strategic partnerships.
2018 - 2023
The Entrepreneurial Leap
Left corporate life. Founded 3435 Creatives (2018)—content studio for photography, video, film work. Brief stint managing Photigy's education platform in California (2021-2022). Founded Perfect Skin Solutions (2023)—medical device distribution. Multiple businesses, zero systems.
2023 - 2024
The Breaking Point
Realized the pattern: I was building businesses but drowning in operations. Asked the question that changed everything: "What if AI could run these businesses WITHOUT me?" Founded UDV (2024) and HumanAILabs to find the answer.
2024 - Present
The Test
Building AI-augmented development methodology in real-time:
• Healthcare booking system delivered in 10 days (standard: 3 months);
• Scaling B2B SaaS products using AI as a strategic partner;
• Developing TAKUMI—making the approach repeatable;
• Accelerating with a 4 mil EUR company to help them scale to 8 mil EUR.
This is the proof phase. Building in public. Win or learn.
